Perspective
When RQA presented the project to us, the challenge was clear: communicate a row housing development before a single wall had been built and make buyers trust what they couldn’t yet see.
Approach
We defined angles that made the relationship between interior and exterior immediately evident, worked the lighting based on the location’s real conditions, and chose neutral, contemporary interiors, calibrated to the buyer profile.
Solution
The result was a set of images that allowed RQA to present the project with clarity and credibility, before construction had even begun.
Every perspective was chosen to communicate not just the space, but the experience of living in it. Architecture as a sales argument. Light as an element of trust. Interiors as a mirror for a buyer who hadn’t arrived yet.
Not generic images. A visual narrative built for a specific project, for a specific buyer, at the right moment in the decision.
